Posted a few times about relocating and still debating it.
DH and I both made home workers post pandemic and so have the option to live wherever… although had three DD’s age 5 and under so need good schools.

We live in London and love the city, so much to do, see etc. We’ve made friends but often find them busy on weekends so unless there’s a kids birthday party we don’t really see other people at the weekend which can be hard.

I’ve been here over 15 years now, certainly feels like home.
We could relocate to North West where I’m from and be near siblings and parents but, although the town we’d move to is nice, personally I prefer London to Liverpool or Chester which are nearest cities.

So what’s more important to you? People or Place?
It’s hard going alone with young DD’s but it’s not for long.
(DH is from East Kent, open to moving and we don’t see his family often. We don’t want to move somewhere inbetween as then we’re losing the city and still aren’t near family!)

Well if you don't like Liverpool or Chester and you don't see DHs family much, I think you've answered your own question Wink
