Can anyone offer any advice on the General Binding Rules for Sewage Treatment Systems
We had an old septic tank to soakaway up graded to a sewage treatment system to watercourse. if the old septic tank had an overflow to the river and our new discharge is with in 10m of where thrle old overflow was would this mean our discharge from the upgraded system is classed as existing or old.
