We work Northwest London near Hendon. We are looking to buy in or after summer. Our kid will be in Year 1 then. Our budget is £530k -- that is our absolute max. We want a 3bed house with some green garden and a driveway.
Currently we are renting in Finchley but we know that it is way above our budget. Schools are our absolute priority. I looked at many lists of top500 schools, Outstanding schools etc to make some decisions, but it is so hard.
Ideally, we'd be within 30-40min driving distance.
Any suggestions?
