As we are disappointed with their service in the past nearly 9 months... we messaged them yesterday afternoon over 24 hours ago, they've read it within the first hour but no reply. That's about normal from them.!!

I wonder if pb complaint dept will kick their arses into gear?? Gotta wait within 3 working days. We gotta say something now.

if we pull out now, we've gotta pay their fees that we haven't got. If we sell, the fees get taken off the house sale i think 🤔

I’d heard they were really rubbish and didn’t pass on people wanting to view but 2 houses I’ve wanted to look at with them have sold before I’ve had chance to arrange anything.

what sort of thing are you unhappy with? Just so I know if I need to avoid! Can you list with a second agent when you are with them?

They keep us in the dark. We've heard from them twice since June :1 to retake some photos and 2 to ask us what's our plans next. We last heard from them back in November. They dont keep in touch about whats the next step they are doing. If we whatsapp the manager expert, she does not reply back a few messages that I've sent. We've gotta pay their fees even if we dont sell our house.

Sorry but did it not occur to anyone with regards to instructing purple bricks, if you pay regardless of whether they sell or not- what’s the incentive for them to work to sell the property? Or really do anything?! Never mind try and get you a decent price.

just don’t understand why people are so surprised their shit, they have your money either way- so why would they care

@Imknackeredzzz we were told differently at the valuation, as the agent told us no sale no fee if the house doesn't get sold. That agent left 2 weeks later for whatever reason.

They’re dreadful. Tried to view houses listed with them was a nightmare. Putting a note through the door was the only thing that worked on a few.

Luckily I’ve never sold with them, but my poor neighbour has been with them for a couple of months, massively overpriced, and photos that a toddler would take when they manage to open your phone camera.

@Housenotsoldmom oh dear, their website makes it pretty clear and it’s on that model they are basically created. Pay regardless. If you were mislead that’s a shame- but I just pull my hair out that so many people instruct them, pay a cheap fee up front, and then wonder why purple bricks then couldn’t care less. It’s just not rocket science
