DIY or need expert

Seal on one of my windows has gone and water (I think condensation) is trapped in the broken bits. Can I fix this myself or do I need a window company?

Definitely diy. Remove the old one, measure it, replace as a temporary measure. Phone around local suppliers for a replacement and then collect and fit it yourself. Online orders are often more expensive.
