Window Dressings for Kitchen Windows

We are about to replace our kitchen, our old one was fitted when we moved in over 20 years ago and things have moved on with kitchens a lot. Our house was built in 1930 and has two large kitchen windows. We have just had those replaced and previously had curtains which we never closed unless it was very cold outside. I need ideas for new window dressings, not curtains this time and definitely not horizontal blinds (my childhood home had Venetian blinds in every room and I hated them) or vertical blinds. I would consider day and night blinds but am concerned that they would be hard to clean in a kitchen, the same with Roman Blinds and definitely not roller blinds. Input required please and should add that the house decor is of a more traditional style.

Other than cafe curtains, haven't you just ruled out every single option?

I think I'm going to go for a roller blind.

Zebra blinds. You can vacuum them, so they’re less trouble than Venetians.

@Bluevelvetsofa I had never heard of those, just had a look and they may be an option. Thanks

I’m thinking of going for cafe shutters.

Do you need to put anything there? I don’t know many people with window dressings in their kitchen unless seriously overlooked.

Duorol blinds. Smart and modern, come in lots of colours.
