The little lever?
Yep. We snapped it off within 2 days of moving into this house.
£20 and the original installers sent a replacement (colourmatched) one out. Really simple to replace.
Do you know who installed the windows? I'd ring them first.
Otherwise I guess it's a Google search, or the link from the PP.

We just went to the place we got them and they ordered replacements for us. Sadly the handles were out of warranty, as it was only guaranteed 12 months, so we had to pay for them but it meant we got the ones that matched the door.

Not the lever, the horrible grab handles?
