I’ve just bought a house and the decorator is coming next week to paint the whole house 🫣. I’m wanting to pick like an off white for most of the house and I’m just lost! I like accessories that are blush pink and greys rose gold etc, can anyone recommend a Dulux paint that won’t look too stark?

People seem to like Dulux Timeless, it's a warm white. We went with Dulux supermatt trade white throughout when we moved into our new house, it's really good value, has a slightly chalky finish, covers well and is easy to touch up. Not sure it's a forever colour but it had been good the past few years as a neutral background.

We used a Johnsons colour match of Little Green Shirting in the kitchen to get a more durable finish and I really like it.

Yes Timeless. It's white not cream, but warm and soft, and looks nice with most other colours.

Our whole house is trade white! It means we can have whatever furniture or accessories we like - we have a red sofa for example.... The best thing is that it is easy to touch up, the colour is always available and doesn't 'date'.

Another timeless here. Not cream, a white with a warm hint of cream. It blends nicely with all shades of white through creams and magnolia (so it looks fine against white painted woodwork, whether that's brilliant white or "a few years old and a bit faded" white. My house gets a lot of north light and a whiter white just ends up looking blue.

Dulux Jasmine white, it's a soft white without the 'pure brilliant'

I use Timeless satinwood for woodwork because it pretty much goes with everything!

Our whole house is white but tikkurila paint not dulux. It was dulux but it faded and discoloured so quickly. The tone/depth (?) of tikkurila is amazing in comparison.
