We have a new garden layout and need shed storage at one side of the house. It needs to house a gas barbecue (not a megalith one - about 1 x 0.5m) and lawnmower (standard variety? But handle does fold over on it so can be relatively compact).

Theoretically this is all fine as the side passageways both just tip 3’0 but this doesn’t allow any tolerance on width. All. I. Can. See. Is sheds that are described as 3’0 wide but then of course there’s extra for roof overhang and tolerance. We really don’t have the width available.

Ideally I need 2’6 or 2’9 in width but these seemingly don’t exist. Length up to 7’0, height is complete bloody immaterial at this point, budget really ideally no more than £500, does not need to sing or dance. I am being driven insane by this quest. Currently at the stage where I wonder if I could just tip a Keter box on its side.

Can anyone offer steers or ideas?

That's really interesting, thank you

We have just had a local joined make ours to exactly what we wanted. Just for reference, it's 12ft x 8ft and cost just under £2k. That was taking the old one down, new floor and shed. Looks amazing.
I would go with small local business anyway over big companies
