No central heating

We saw an empty 3 bed house today that needs complete renovation. There is no central heating in any bedrooms and only radiator in the house is in the kitchen. Does anyone know how much it would costs to install central heating system ?

We would need to repaint all the rooms, replace flooring, change bathroom and kitchen. Our maximum budget is 50K and not sure if we will be able to do all this in our budget. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It may not be mortgagable in its current condition.
About £5k for central heating.
If you need to do all that I suspect it will also need a full rewire,
just doable on £50k depending on how much you can do yourself and specs, but not much wiggle room if something scary crops up

Thank you that’s very helpful . I think I will wait for something else to come up as we are not good at DIY.

As there is no central heating, you may be able to source a grant, especially for air source or heat source to offset the cost.
More importantly check the need for insulation
