Hi all after flipping around a bit I finally decided on engineered wood for my hallway and kitchen diner. The builder has suggested I got for wood look tiles instead, says you can get some amazing ones. Any thoughts? I’ll have ufh throughout

I've seen a few around. I think we'll be having them in our bathroom

I've got them in my bathroom and they're lovely. Cold in the winter though. Are you having underfloor heating?

I have them in my bathroom. They look good. Just got them from tops tiles

Had them in my living room in my old house - honestly couldn't tell the difference between them and real wood. Did have underfloor heating though, and you'd want that as it'd be a bit cold on your feet otherwise.

They do look good but make sure you don't go too budget- the ones we have in our kitchen chip if so much as a teaspoon is dropped... ( they were from Wickes- avoid!!!)

Mine are the Topps tiles ones too

We have wood effect tiles and I would really recommend.

We got them from here:

Thanks all, great to hear such positive feedback. I thought people would hate them!

yes I have ufh throughout so that’s not an issue. I just love real wood but will take a look
