We are replacing our bathroom fittings, sink, loo and bath and will have a shower with clear screen over the bath. It is a 'family ' bathroom and likely to be used by visiting DC and DGC . We had planned to have a spout at the shower end and the overflow on the room side of the bath iyswim . We could have an overflow filling system or a spring fill from the waste, what would the pros and cons be? I don't think we would want to pump the water , are they very slow to fill. The main advantages that I can see would be no need to reach around the shower screen and a certain neatness. What do you think?
