Any recent experience of paying for such work?
-window removal + plus cutting the wall underneath this window down to the floor level
-fitting new patio doors in the gap as above
-knowcking down one-brick thick wall (2m long)
-putting in place a new partician wall
The builder quoted £2K for labour only, excluding any materials.
Does that sound right, too much or a real bargain?
Guide prices on the builders websites are useless as it's so far from reality
