Please can I get honest opinions on these areas, we currently live in a flat in North London and are looking to buy a bigger property now that we have two children.

I work in Central London so need a quick commute to Liverpool Street, DH drives mainly. DD is in Y2 currently but since we are about to move good schools would be a key consideration too. Our budget is around 475K.

Ideally somewhere with tolerant attitudes as we are a black family and would want the children to feel comfortable especially at school. Any advice welcome.

Hey, I'm in a black family and have been in cheshunt for 9 years. It's fine. It's getting more diverse which is good

My family have been in the Broxbourne / Cheshunt area for 20 years (black family). The properties are lovely and still well connected to London and we’ve always felt comfortable as a black family here.
