Any plumbers know about boiling water taps

Hi, our 3in1 boiling water tap occasionally has cold water come out of the vent behind the spout and also around the base, what do we do? Prev owner of the house installed it in 2017, we’ve only been here 18 months, changed the filters when it was indicated to do so.
I can hear what sounds like a tiny dripping sound inside the tap. It's been happening for a few days now, will leak from the vent hole maybe 3 times a day for a a few seconds

Anyone? When we run the cold water it's now started coming out of the vent hole a lot more

What brand tap is it? To be honest I would contact the company directly and ask them you might find they can advise you over the phone.

have you checked all your connections are solid?

Insinkerator, i had tried twitter but no reply, thought I'd try somewhere i could upload pictures as a first go incase its a straight ' need a new tap' answer but might get husband to call

Not checked anything yet, never had one of these taps so not sure how the work compared to a normal tap, any ideas? I was hoping a washer somewhere but unsure which parts come apart ☹️
