How possible/messy is rejigging a layout to expand bathroom? There's a boiler in the storage room between bathroom and tiny shower room.
Feels very disconnected and bitty. Was the compromise made to move to location.

how about this?

you would need to re-arrange the doors to 2 bedrooms, adding an extra landing between them (L) with 2 doors to the 2 bedrooms. Then move the cupboard in the largest bedroom. that would allow you to include part of the landing and the store cupboard into the bathroom (white area). if you take down the walls of the store (leaving the boiler up on the wall), you would end up with a family bathroom that feels much bigger.

Amazing! Such a good solution, thanks.
