What colour doors

I am going to paint my downstairs and landing walls white. I was going to paint my door frames and doors black. Hubby thinks it'll be too dark. What colour would you paint them? I'm not keen on grey!

I would probably do the frame white and the actual doors a colour like soft duck egg. However that is a colour I like and that would fit my house and my decor. What sort of house is it and what is the rest of your decor like? What colour are your skirtings?

I like your idea. I'd go for a 'mineral' soft black. Have a look at the colour charts Little Green etc

We moved in 3 years ago and have been doing kitchen/bathroom. Both grey and white with coloured art work.

Downstairs has to be done and am considering a single story extension. The previous owner had it all grey so it'll be repainted in white as we've got lots of colourful art.

Property is 1970s semi with integrated garage so the front is all garage, hall and kitchen and the back is a big open space.

Skirting are white but I'm up for completely re-doing.
