Had linoleum down in my kitchen and bathroom for a few years. Lino is still fine, however the sealant stuff around the ages is dirty and needing replaced.
Is it just silicone? Like the stuff I would seal round my bath with? Or is there something else? Had a quick google but can't see anything specific.
