Side return extension

Hi, I've had someone to give me a quote for a small extension. He said he'd get back to me by the end of the week but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas roughly how much it should cost. He'll be knocking the current kitchen wall down and extending across the side return. It should be roughly 2.2m wide x 3m deep. South Wales valleys if that makes a difference. Thanks
