We will obviously be getting a second opinion/our own contractor but wondered if any knew the answer or had experience.
Our neighbour knocked with the attached pictures saying they had a leak in their loft and water was dripping directly into a bucket. They had a roofer out who said the issue is on our side/piece of roof. We do not have a leak in our loft.
I have attached the pictures as well as a picture of the front of the houses to show how they overlap.
I think it will be at most 50/50 or 100% them. The issue is where the tiles meet eachother but is over their property not ours.
Has anyone got any experience/advice please?
