Update on retirement flat

hello all i put a thread on about how hard it is to sell a mcarthy and stone retirement flat, well the management company have caved in and said the prospective buyer can move in at 58 years old contracts were signed yesterday and completion is this friday coming thank goodness my OH can finally close all the paperwork, pay off costs and distribute the inheritances to the family members after three years
