Does anyone have any experience of this, and do you know should a basement flat of a converted Victorian terrace be cheaper to rent than a hallway floor one, even if it’s bigger?
What about if they are both split level so it’s actually basement and ground vs upper ground and first floor?
You’d think there should be a bit of a discount for having worse air, worse view, etc?
