I’ve just taken tenancy of a local council house tenancy . I know there’s been rain but we have no local water rivers etc. both neighbours have extensions and the garden has a lot of trees for us to remove . Any ideas ? Do you think we have burst drain or pipes ? Surely it’s not the norm ? Can’t see if neighbours are also flooding . I don’t think so.
