Northwest cost of staging empty house for sale

Asking for a friend- has anyone paid to stage an empty house?

It’s a small house but really nice house when it was furnished. I think it looks so sad and small empty. It’s a small two bed and hard to picture furniture in it. She’s already moved out and can’t move all her stuff back in again.

has any one used a staging company to the rent furniture?

It's actually easier to imagine your own furniture in an empty house than it is to imagine a different use of space in a cluttered one ...

Often staging is more about moving stuff out and storing it off-site. Sometimes it's about replacing a king size with a standard double to make a bedroom feel bigger. I wouldn't worry about renting furniture.

Lamps are a good investment, though. You can get floor ones from IKEA for £10 - spread them liberally about the place and throw light into the place.
