Gutter cleaning cost?

Hi all, we need our front gutters cleared (mid terrace) as I think they’re causing a leak on our bay roof when it rains very heavily!

We’ve got a few quotes from £100-160 but all given without them coming to look at the property, does that sound right?

I have a trusted roofer who will do it for £60 front and back - but he can’t do until the weekend and I’m worried about more rain!

Any guidance appreciated! 🏡

we’re in the south west below Bristol.

Can you not do it yourself? Its a bit mucky but not anything particularly complicated. Ladders are around £25-30 to hire from HSS or similar

dementedpixie · 11/01/2023 09:24

I wouldn't do my own as part of the gutter is accessed by standing on a roof and I'm not prepared to do that. I'd rather pay an experienced person to do it for me

Thanks all! Got someone local booked for £60 to do it all. So glad I checked!

@jessthe absolutely wouldn’t trust myself up a ladder!
