Garage door replacement

Hello all,
How much do estimate it would cost to change a garage door and possibly the frame too?
Not looking for anything electrical, just a standard rolling up and down thing.
It's for the East Midlands.

Can recommend this company yourgaragedoors.co.uk/, they replaced ours, we did have a massive top of the range electric double door fitted so can’t really give you a guide price though. Has a showroom in Long Eaton but you need to make an appointment, they will give you a price there and then if you take your measurements. Not pushy at all.
