Please help me, sweet mothers, I will be forever grateful to you all. My DD is in year 3 so it will be good to buy a house in a nice secondary school area (Non-grammar) because I have no idea how well she will perform on the test . I am having trouble locating an area to buy a house in Milton Keynes because I am more interested in good schools. Please assist me. I had considered Beconsfield and Aylesbury & Hatfield, but I'm now considering Milton Keynes because we can get garages there.

I don’t live in that particular area but have you spoken to local estate agents in the area to notify you when certain properties become available? Seems like you have some time - 18/24 months before you have to start considering secondary schools so plenty of time to find that perfect home.
Do you browse Zoopla or Rightmove?

As our mortgage term is coming to an end, we are looking to move in three months. I have viewed some properties on Rightmove and Zoopla @good96

Ask mmhq to change your thread title to add in Milton Keynes etc as you are more likely to get better help. I thought this was about solicitors or estate agents rather than a specific area.

I have no knowledge of that area but good luck in finding a lovely home Smile

What is better? To buy a Redrow house in Escourt road in Gloucester or To buy a new house with Bellway pirton Fields in Churchdown? Which location is better and which company is better?

@Butterflysly85 Milton Keynes is a great town to live in. Admission to schools is strictly based on where you live apart from faith schools.
If you prefer a new build area, try Brooklands (homes built by Barratts & David Wilson) in East Milton Keynes. There is an outstanding primary school Brooklands Farm School which has 2 campuses. The secondary school is Walton High. There’s also an independent primary in nearby Broughton.
If you prefer an older area, there’s Stony Stratford, Wolverton and Middleton/MK Village.
Great primaries: Middleton, Caroline Haslett and St Thomas Aquinas.
Good luck!😉
