Hi we sold our house and thought all was great though we hadn't heard from our solicitors about completing. We chased them today and consequently received a long email of queries about replacement windows, gas certs etc all information we provided months ago. Allegedly they send these queries to us weeks ago to what transpires to be to the wrong email address. These solicitors have copies already of our certificates plus our original deeds...bricking it now that this sale has fallen through...anyone had anything similar?
