Hi all.
I am planning on selling my house in few months and I wonder if anyone did it without an agent? I have very tight budget for the next move so every thousand helps and the fees would most likely be about £1500. Adding solicitors, it just eats into the bit if equity I have.
Has anyone sold bought direct from owner? Where did you advertise/see ads? Zoopla nad other major ones don't allow owners to advertise directly sadly.
Was it hard?
