How long is a chain free exchange taking at the moment?

I'm in the process of buying a house. It's chain free on both sides. Any idea how long it's taking to exchange at the moment?

Hi my house sale. Cash buyers and we’re moving into rented. Offer accepted mid September and exchanged on 23rd December.

We haven’t actually exchanged yet for other reasons but both sides were ready after 4 weeks in our case - all searches done, mortgage offer secured and enquiries all responded to.
