Impossible to find a heating engineer

My boiler (6 months old)lost pressure on Wednesday. I have had a relative try and help me over the ozone. Since Wednesday I have left messages for 25 registered heating engineers to see if anyone can come out as we have no heating or hot water. Not one has rung me back nor answered the phone. I am stuck with what to do. Do I just keep calling people from further and further away until one answers? I am using the corgi list. Today's it's cold and we are really feeling the lack of hot water and heat.

Can you contact whoever fitted it? Presumably you’ve tried topping it up?

Try ringing at different times of the day.

Have you tried local plumbers too? Might not need a ‘heating engineer’

Oh no what a mare

at six months I’d have thought the installer or manufacturer should come out? Hope you get it working soon.

Thanks all. One of the engineers rung me back and helped me fix it myself using pictures and him on the phone as he had no spare appointments. I was grateful but also quite proud I managed to do everything that needed to be done.
