Decor ideas for a small wetroom.

I have a tiny wetroom, with a WC, tiny basin and a shower on a riser rail. Its walls are completely tiled in matt white tiles 15cm square, with larger, 30cm square white ceramic tiles on the floor.

Thing is, it feels so cold and inhospitable! Like a men's public urinal or the world's most clinical lift. I hate being in there.

The white tiles HAVE to go, but I am not sure that coloured tiles will make it feel any more hospitable and cosy.

Can anyone show my pics of your own tiny wetroom or downstairs cloakroom, to give me some inspiration about how I can change the decor to make it into a more warm, attractive and homely "smallest room"?

Thanks

How about using a tile mural? Or some companies do printed panels with murals/chinoiserie. And maybe use warm tones of brass/brushed gold for shower and taps rather than chrome, or matt black. Add a nice, large, fancy mirror and pretty bathroom wall lights that match the colour of taps/shower.

Or here another mural tile design. Would look amazing used on a feature wall with cheap matching blue metro tiles on the other walls and matt black tap and shower.

My own downstairs loo and bathrooms all have wallpaper and wood panelling, that wouldn't work in a wet room, that's why I'm suggesting tile murals or printed bathroom panels.

Victoria Plumb sells a very wide range of panels

Wow thank you! I did not know such things existed! Off to Google tile murals and look at Victoria Plum. Amazing!

Not the OP but oh wow I haven't seen these before - I'm loving matt black as a finish for shower enclosures too.
