Banbury Grimsbury

Hiya found a nice house in the grimsbury area of Banbury but then heard lots of bad things about the area 🙈 spoke to a few people some said it was fine there others not so good anyone have any experience of this area ?

Grimsbury has a lot going for it- some nice period properties and great access to M40 and rail station. It has traditionally not been well regarded but recently it has picked up, lots of young professionals moving there and there are worse parts of Banbury IMO.
