Help please, what is this?

I have just noticed this bubble type thing on the side of my house, I know the obvious thing would be to call someone out to find out what it is (not that I'd know who to call) but I just wondered if anyone else has had this before? I havent touched it so unsure if it's trapped water?

My guess would be trapped water. Leaking pipe? What's inside that corner of the house? Bathroom?

I can see a head on it

It looks like water trapped behind vinyl paint. There's either a pipe leaking behind or more likely rainwater is gathering. You'll need to remove it, replaster and repaint unfortunately and check nearby gutters aren't blocked.
