First Tier Tribunal for Leasehold Service Charge Repair Works

Does anyone have any experience of going to tribunal. We're being asked to pay what we consider an unreasonable amount of money for repair works and are considering this option.

For support and advice, join the National Leasehold Campaign Facebook group. Do a search once you have joined the group and you will find lots of guidance. Also if you ask any questions re the process, you will get lots of help and people will share their own experiences.
