Show me your bay window blinds…

we had our bay window replaced today and the current vertical blinds are too long so will either need resizing or changing all together. I’m ready for a change so looking for some inspiration .
Too dark now to take a pic but here is the design. It’s a small bay and windows are not very big.

I’d take a look at Pinterest. Loads of ideas.
If you have space above the windows I’d go for Roman blinds…

I have a bay like this. It still has the grotty vertical blinds that were here when we moved in as haven't done front room yet. I hate them, but I must admit, they're good for controlling privacy, whilst still letting light in.

I prefer the look of Roman blinds but then it's all or nothing really, open or shut. I'm eventually getting shutters, not to everybody's taste I know, but I find them smarter than venetians and definitely verticals. If money is an issue I'd go for wide slat wooden venetians.
