Does anyone have this underfloor heating thermostat?

Just moved into a new house and there’s underfloor heating in the bathroom, controlled by this thermostat. I can’t figure out how to change the settings and can’t figure out what the little hand is, versus the little house (top of the two images). I’ve google lensed it and think the brand is Garsent, but can’t track down the instruction manual online.

Does anyone have the same one, and if so, do you happen to have a copy of the instructions or know where they are online?

The bathroom is currently the warmest room in the house, so it must be costing us £££ to have the underfloor heating on so much, and am keen to turn it down.

Google the make and instruction manual. I have underfloor heating in my kitchen. It is easier for you to follow the manual. Not sure about cost of running though.

@Mildura - wow, thanks very much! I had tried googling the manual for a “garsent” underfloor thermostat, but no joy.

@Iammatrix - there’s no make on the thing itself, and google lens suggested the brand was “garsent”, but looking for the instruction manual for that brand didn’t turn up anything. Grateful that Mildura has better search skills than me!
