Anny advice gratefully received. We had our garage screeded and vinyl laid (we're creating a games room). However, I don't think they allowed the screed/PVC layer to dry fully and it's now bubbly. Its not much but I don't want it to get worse. Is it likely to get worse or should we live with it as it is?
