Good white paint for a south east facing room?

House currently painted in very dark colours and I'd like to change everything to white. But I'm a bit confused by all the shades of white and whether to go warm or cool. I've already done a thread search but they're usually for people with north facing rooms. I'd like the place to look brighter and bigger but without losing the coziness of low ceilings and snugness if that makes sense!

Also, could the same just be used throughout eg for the back rooms too or would it be better to change it? First timer here re house owning so probably very ignorant

I’m decorating at the moment. Have used Wimborne for ceilings and skirts in most rooms and in the old part of house on the beams too. It’s a lovely glowing, soft white, I was concerned it might be yellow but it’s not. I’ve used in on the walls in my utility too. I’ve used dimity in an east facing bedroom and was surprised at just how pretty it is, it looks fab. Used white tie in a south west facing garden room and again it has a glowing, lit from within quality. I’ve used slipper satin in one bedroom and I love it but it definitely has a very slight pretty greenish hue, it works well in there but wouldn’t have wanted it elsewhere.
