Vertical blinds don't fully close

I've moved into a new place that has vertical blinds on all of the windows. The bedroom blind only closes over half way, I can open them up fully but when I close them together it stops dead at the same spot every time. No issues with the rotational open/close and no sticking etc when I fully open.

I've never had vertical blinds before, any ideas what's wrong or how to fix this?

@SnowOnTheRooftops , we have similar issue, how did you fix it?

I pushed the middle ones back a bit and a cord came hanging down from the track. Pulled the close chord and they shut over. I haven't opened them again though incase the same thing happens again.

Thanks, I'll investigate for misplaced cords in the morning, hope it's that as they're really annoying me!
