We're having a general nightmare with our builders on a lift conversion.
Our quote said the dormer roof would be covered with fibreglass but they've used a rubber product instead. Does anyone know whether this is inferior quality, will last less time, whether there's a good reason eg the cold making it hard to fit fibreglass or something? Would it have cost them less to buy materials?
