NEST ..family control

the Nest app is controlled by DHs account. I used to have access on my phone and iPad too but lost it somehow. But when we ask it to send me an invitation it says I’ve already had one…seems I’ve had my chance. It won’t resend the invitation link.

If you’ve accepted the invitation at some point in the past, presumably your email address should still be linked. Are you able to login to your nest / google account?

Nest customer service are extremely helpful although it can take a while to get to speak to someone.

I can but it takes me to my own account to set one up rather than our account….if you see what I mean?
