Damp on external wall

So we noticed a load of localised mould on an upstairs internal wall.
Outside two corresponding damp patches.
Cleaned mould away (it's just under the ceiling at the top of the wall).
Only thing different is changed all the fascia's and gutters a couple years ago.
They came back and found damp inside the roof space with no obvious reason except a blocked gutter.
Damp patches still there a week later - no mould.
No water sources inside anywhere near the wall. Not in loft space, no pipers, nothing.

Any ideas for things to check?

The wall could need repointing. It could just be condensation that’s not had a chance to dry in very wet weather

You need to get up there and take a look. Could be a slipped tile, blocked gutter, pointing (as mentioned).
Is it solid wall?

The fascia person went up and couldn't find anything except the blocked gutter and one cracked tile. They are back on Monday but it seems a mystery. They took the tiles off etc and found a load of water but no real clue as to how.

Yes, a solid wall.
