Need help!!

Hi mums, really need help as I'm panicking and don't know what to do (I'm not a parent but felt you guys are the most knowledgeable with this kind of thing).

I used some dettol last night, outside, to paint strip some warhammer models and then brought the supplies (models, pots, liquids) inside. I washed them out in the bathroom and then brought them into my room to put them back. I enter 30 minutes later, and the smell is really strong, so I open a window and leave it. The smell passed (temporarily) and it was around 22:00 so I got ready for bed and closed the window. I wake up the next morning with a headache, that might be from dehydration or the dettol, so wanted to ask how dangerous would inhaling dettol over that time period be?
