Hello everyone, I'll shortly be moving to a quite rural house. It's a very safe area but I'm a city girl.
Can anyone tel me what kind of lights I need. I'm envisaging lights that come on when someone is on the drive/grounds ? Any recommendations? X

Led sensor lights is what you want. You don't need to spend a fortune.

Ring camera or similar too.

Ring camera or similar too.

I hate those ring cameras, everyone seems to become obsessed with them and to be honest I really don't want to see people mooching up my drive at 4am, I'd rather not know.

LED floodlights with dusk-dawn light sensors and PIR movement detectors.

The solar powered ones are effective most of the year, but in winter can struggle from insufficient sunlight to charge them up. But they're cheap enough to put lots up, and don't need any wiring.

I’ve got the blink camera and doorbell system.

The camera in the driveway had its own floodlight that comes on when a person or animal comes within its range (which I set).

I like it.
