I've been watching far too many property shows on C4 that I seem to be confused by this gentleman. Is he attractive? Or have I lost the plot?

I don’t think anyone here likes him as much as he likes himself.

Can't stand him and his smug chops. He is too effusive and patronising. I particularly disliked the programme where he removed all fixtures and fittings, sprayed the entire interior of someone's house white and invariably exceeded their budget by several, sometimes many, thousands. He seemed to think it very unreasonable if the poor souls couldn't stump up the extra money.

Oops, sorry, just realised this is a zombie thread.

Dp and dd both met him last year when he was filming in our area and both said he was incredibly rude and self-centred.

Furst thing i saw him in he was doing people's houses up for a fee that they'd set for him, he said they could do the job for the price, went to knock a wall down and it was a supporting wall, he said it would cost another £10k to do the job. That he'd proposed. At his own quote! Fucking idiot!
