I've been watching far too many property shows on C4 that I seem to be confused by this gentleman. Is he attractive? Or have I lost the plot?

He's built oddly. Like he has to work extremely hard to stay slim. He's very odd. But has lovely eyes and smile. And arms.

I think he seems such a lovely person, that might tip him into attractive. Seems to genuinely want the best outcome for people (unlike Kevin McCloud, rubbing his hands with glee at the sniff of an ill-fitting glazing disaster).

He's the Greg Wallace of the property world. Far too much enthusiasm and can only describe all the houses he visits as "unbelievable" and "staggering".

My thoughts exactly. The more I watch of him the more I notice that he hates it if someone else cracks a joke. Don't dislike him enough to stop watching his programmes though!

It's the accent. DP is also a mackem with a fairly soft accent.

I know someone who worked with him and apparently he is very pleased with himself. He has favourites he's nice to and is rude to others.

KC looks people up and down when talking. Not in a derogatory way but it's annoying peculiar.

George can't pronounce his own profession - "aw-ee-teh" "aw-ee-teh-ure" that's what I can't cope with.

My friend has worked with him on multiple projects. He's meant to be the biggest arsehole. Vile to others, completely egotistical and thinks he is the most amazing architect... he's not. He said he's really nasty to the 'non professional' people on site.
