Light fittings help

Has anyone got thus light fitting , my LL installed it about 3 years ago ( bathroom ceiling) but the bulb has blown and I can't figure out how to femove the cover / center.
It seems to have 3 little lugs / catches on it but one looks different to the other two.
It won't twist off , there is nothingvto get hold of and I am wary of putting a screw driver in the slot as the plastic feels quite thin and I don't want to damage it

There us no maker's mark on it to look up.

I don't have a light like this but if the translucent cover is made from thin-ish plastic then I would guess that it may just be held by a snap fit between the three moulded plastic lugs in the photos.

One of the three has a little slot next to it. I'd try putting the tip of a large flat screwdriver - or even something like a teaspoon handle - into that slot and pushing it lightly against the edge of the translucent cover, possibly by twisting the tool slightly. You're not trying to move it too far - just a millimetre or two to release it from the tab.

Once the first tab disengages you may find the cover can be moved away from the other two enough to release it completely.

Thanks @CasperGutman I was thinking the same but I a. A clumsy sod so am a little worried about breaking it.
But I have nothing to loose as it's pitch dark ( no windows) so at weekend I will give it a gentle prod

I got it off with a bit of poking around with a screw driver in that slot. 🙂
