Top floor, all electric flat, how high will my energy bills be?

I've just bought a top floor, 2 bed all electric flat on a small 4 storey block and I'm trying to gauge how much my electricity bills may be.

Can I rely on the "estimated energy used to heat the property" section of the EPC report?"

It says for space heating estimated energy use is 2985kWh per year. For water heating estimated energy use is 1775 kWh per year.

The block of flats was built in 2006, has a EPC rating of D and according to the EPC report the below are rated poor:

Main Heating: Room heaters, electric
Hot Water: Electric Immersion, off peak

I'm concerned that my energy bills will be ridiculously high...

Don't read anything into the report. It depends how you live. I'm super frugal so I have small bills, someone else might have the heating on high. It should be half decent as it's relatively new.

Are they storage heaters and if so do you have Economy 7?
