My house render is awful. It's cracked and there's bits falling off, it needs taking off, the house needs pointing and it needs new render.
The issue I have is that the main's electric cable runs out of the ground up the side of my house , through a hole to the meter, and another mains cable then runs round the back to my neighbours house.
I had a plasterer look at it who said they can't touch it due to the cable.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and how do I resolve it please?
